Zooom — Privacy Policy

Introduction

Privacy is a pillar of Zooom. We built this app because we believe video should be fun again — without surveillance, without data harvesting, and without ads following you around. We mean it.

1. No tracking. Ever.

Zooom does not collect, store, or share any personal data. We do not use analytics tools, crash reporters that phone home, or any third-party SDKs that track your behavior. When you use Zooom, you’re not the product.

2. No analytics

We have deliberately chosen not to integrate any analytics platform — no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, nothing. We don’t know how many times you tapped the record button, which filter is your favorite, or when you last opened the app. That’s on purpose.

3. Camera & microphone

Zooom uses your device’s camera and microphone to record video. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a video yourself. We have no access to it.

4. No accounts, no servers

Zooom doesn’t require you to create an account. There are no Zooom servers storing your videos or profile data.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this page occasionally. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Zooom after an update means you accept the revised policy.
